SYC Development Initiative, is a non-profit creative arts organization dedicated to the incubation and development of original, inclusive, artistic programming. Our mission is to provide time, space and funding to further original content while also committing to inclusivity and equity through financial support for the creators and the talent who collaborate in the development process at a living wage standard.
